I had the pleasure of working on the AHSN Network’s Impact Report for their presence at the NHS Confederation event that took place in Manchester. The annual conference and exhibition is a unique experience where health and social care leaders can face shared challenges, find practical solutions, celebrate past successes and shape future ones.

The report was designed to grab the attention of those attending and engage the viewer with the areas the Network affect. The AHSN Network brings together the 15 Academic Health Science Networks in England to support improvements around common themes such as patient safety. As the only bodies that connect NHS and academic organisations, local authorities, the third sector and industry, they are catalysts that create the right conditions to facilitate change across whole health and social care economies, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for patients.
